has over 30 years of in-depth management experience. he has served as the president of three firms, and was directly responsible for the financial turnaround of several corporations. he has extensive domestic and international experience as a senior corporate executive, solving business problems in operations, manufacturing, distribution, marketing, sales and finance.

john zaharek has successfully completed five acquisitions and seven divestitures for various clients. he also provided consulting and management services for a number of private and public boards of directors.
