our process

support is a process that requires tact, respect, discipline,
diplomatic skills and discretion therefore senior partners of
the group conduct every step of the process themselves
in co-operation with our clients we conduct a brief survey
within the department to establish the need for our services.
our report will show a general picture of the mood within a
department.
each individual participant for the program is agreed upon with
the client and we start the process at once
participants are contacted and we conduct thorough interviews
where we get a perfect understanding of the ambitions and goals
of each employee
we prepare a report for each participant including all essential
information and issues which are important to deal with in a
very condensed form allowing the client to get a real time
picture of the situation without having to spend too much time.
we
provide a relaxed and confidential atmosphere where employees
feel that we are participating to help.
we
show respect for the individual and act as counsellors and
sparring partners for all parties involved.
three month after the initial interview, we have a telephone
conversation with the employee to hear if the important issues
have been taken care of.
this
conversation results in a brief report which provides a
feed-back to the client.
after six month we again have a meeting with the employee where
we conduct an additional interview which again results in a
report to the client.
after nine month we have another telephone contact with the
candidate to follow up on progress.
during the entire process the client has accurate knowledge of
the employees situation and is able to respond to it. |
