search process themselves.
in co-operation with our clients we establish a candidate
profile and agree to a budgeted salary figure.
we agree to an expected time schedule for the search and start
the process at once.
clients experience a high level of information during the entire
process.
our process is based on detailed and up to date knowledge of the
industry and personal knowledge of potential candidates.
we provide a relaxed and confidential atmosphere where
candidates feel that we are committed to creating the perfect
match.
we show respect for the individual and think of ourselves as
counsellors and sparring partners for all parties involved.
our reputation enables us to start a dialogue with qualified
candidates, who otherwise would blankly refuse to even discuss
job opportunities.
initial meetings establish how well candidates match the job
profile and if the information we have gathered is correct.
only if we feel comfortable and the candidate agrees, we send a
resume to the client. at this point the candidate does not yet
know the clients identity.
if the client finds the candidate relevant, we invite the
parties to a meeting at our premises.
the remaining part of the process is individually moulded
